At Hustle Cotton, we hustle hard to get your fashion delivered fast and safe. We’ve partnered with trusted courier services to ensure smooth, secure deliveries — from our warehouse to your wardrobe.

Standard Shipping

Order Processing Time: 48 to 72 hours
Metro Cities: Delivery within 5–7 working days
Other Regions: Delivery within 7–10 working days

Note: All timelines are business days only (weekends & public holidays excluded)

Delays may occur due to weather, natural calamities, or logistical issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3000

For orders below ₹3000, standard shipping charges will apply (visible at checkout)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Stay updated as your style makes its way to your doorstep.

Self-Shipping for Replacement

If your pin code isn’t serviceable for reverse pickup, you can self-ship the product to us.
Please follow these steps:

1. Pack items securely in original packaging
2. Mention your ORDER ID and registered mobile number
3.Items must be unused, with original tags intact

Once we receive and verify the return, we’ll replace the product.

Recommended Courier: Use Speed Post (India Post) for best reliability and coverage.

Delivery Failures – What Causes It?

Sometimes deliveries fail. Here’s why that might happen:

1. Incorrect/incomplete address
2. Recipient unavailable or unreachable
3. Delivery in restricted areas
4. Non-payment for COD orders
5. Recipient has relocated

Note: If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.
