At Hustle Cotton, we believe in delivering quality and precision with every order. While we do not entertain returns or refunds, we do provide replacements under specific conditions, ensuring a fair and efficient resolution if any issue arises.
No Returns & No Refunds
We do not accept returns or process refunds under any circumstances once the order is delivered. Please make your purchase mindfully after reviewing all product details.
Replacement Policy – 72-Hour Window
We offer replacement requests strictly within 72 hours of order delivery only in the following cases:
1. You received a damaged or defective product
2. You received the wrong size, color, or design
3. The product has a manufacturing defect
To initiate a replacement, contact us via email at support@hustlecotton.in with your order ID, pictures of the issue, and a brief description within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Pickup & Inspection
Once your replacement request is approved, our team will initiate a pickup within 2–3 working days.
The item must be:
1. Unworn and unused
2. Unwashed
3. Returned with original tags and packaging intact
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for replacement and will be returned to your shipping address.
Out-of-Stock Replacement Requests
If the requested size is unavailable during exchange, No other product will be offered in exchange for the original item.
